(Probably let's leave Tyson Fury out for now) he will most likely slip back in amongst the top 3 in any of the 3 positions, but we don't know which til we get a look at him again at least). I only recognise the lineal champ so I have it like this: Champ - Tyson Fury - Anyone wanting to be recognised as the lineal champ needs to beat this guy in the ring. For legacy, being recognised as the lineal champ happens to be very important. Can't ignore him even if you want to. 1. Anthony Joshua (IBF, IBO, WBA & WBO) - The main man of the division despite not being lineal champ. Every fight of his is a significant event. That's good for the sport & takes us back to the halcyon days of Iron Mike. 2. Deontay Wilder (WBC) - Great win against Ortiz. I've changed my opinion & think it makes sense for Joshua to fight him next. 3. Olek Usyk (WBO & WBC Cruiser) - Hope he wins the cruiser tournament. Don't want to see a guy this good get his bubble burst in a second tier division. I don’t think the other guy’s skill set would translate to heavyweight the way his would. 4. Alexander Povetkin - I'll be surprised if Joshua ever fights him. Massive threat to everyone (still) & has nothing anyone wants (except money which the top guys are capable of generating from other sources). 5. Joseph Parker - Young enough & good enough to come again but I'd be wary of throwing him straight back in with a live opponent. Patience is a virtue. 6. Jarrell Miller - Been saying for a while he's a massive threat. Not everyone thinks so but he keeps winning and against decent opposition. If he doesn't get Joshua next he wins that second tier WBA belt & remains in contention. 7. Luis Ortiz - Showed against Wilder that he's still dangerous as hell. Which is why no-one is going to want to fight him. 8. Dominic Breazeale - Got the experience of a big fight against Joshua & has posted two good wins since. Deservedly top 10. 9. Dillian Whyte - Has put together a nice string of wins against decent (on paper) opposition. Deserves his place in the top 10 ahead of guys who haven't taken fights of a similar ilk. 10. Tony Bellew - A couple of great wins against a shot Haye. Give him credit for pulling the trigger. Plenty of other talent on the periphery & rising fast.

How can you rate Takam over Povetkin when Povetkin beat Takam? Also Pulev beat Chisora far more convincingly than Whyte, so I'd find it hard to rate Whyte over Pulev. Joyce might be good enough already to beat some in the top 10 but he's done nothing to earn a spot in the top 10 just yet.
