I think it's about a total package: looks, charisma, exceptional boxing skill, likeability or simply being gangsta. If you lack one thing it's probably not hurting too much. When a fighter lacks in multiple departments it seriously impedes his marketability.

 

Shouldn' that list be 1-10 UK fighters as that's where all the money is according to the matchroom bots.
