pulev is a much better fighter his not completely shot and he didn't need to turn up in tip top shape to beat the last couple of opponents lol he easily beat chisora them cards were a joke thats the pulev that will probably show up against whyte and he might not be prime but still has enough left and pulev is not brown

His only skill is clinching now..and i suppose his jab is quite nice. Apart from that nothing.

Do you rate Pulev @STEPHEN1990 ?

If the Pulev that showed up vs Chisora returns then yes I'd favour Pulev to beat Whyte but that was over 2 years ago. At 37 years of age there is no guarantee Pulev still has what it takes, he's at that age when he can suddenly start looking old.

True Pulev isn't Browne, but I question is Pulev is still even Pulev at 37. Whyte crushed the old man Browne with ease and while he'll have a tougher time with Pulev he again has another old man in front of him and one that hasn't shown much passion for boxing in recent years. He clearly didn't want the Joshua fight, wanting to delay it and then pulled out. Then fought a shot Peter and a shot Johnson. Pulev is showing no ambition at the moment and that kind of mentality going into a competitive fight isn't ideal.

I don't rate Whyte that highly either the Chisora fight showed a lot of his limitations, but Pulev is a very different fighter to Chisora he won't pressure Whyte like Chisora did, he'll stand off behind his ramrod jab and that suits Whyte more.

I think Whyte is fast enough and active enough to beat an old Pulev. Pulev doesn't have the power to blast him out, he doesn't have the work rate to out work him and so I think he'll have a tough time with the younger, fresher man.

I also think Whyte is improving as a fighter, his counter punching and even his movement is better than it was. He's a level below the likes of Wilder, AJ, Povetkin, Parker and Ortiz. But he's not noticeably worse than Pulev, H Fury, Miller, Breazeale etc.

And what is Euro level anymore when some of the best fighters on the planet are European. Continental level might be a better term now, above domestic level but not truly world class? Personally I think Whyte is more than domestic level.

Too much **** talking nonsense trolls, Pulev was a top amateur and has been a top pro. He has top skills and a great jab I've never found him boring to watch, there's only like 3-5 heavyweights that would beat him.

Im no troll bro. Pulev is boring..the only exciting fight he had was when Klitschko was knocking him silly and he was acting a fool pretending he wasn't hurt.

Out of interest who are the only 3-5 heavyweights that beat him?

Your opinion then *. I hate boring fighters but Pulev has never bored me .. he's got nice skills. You sound like a hater.

Well he's been inactive recently but if he's still the same guy - Joshua, Povetkin, T Fury would all beat him I reckon, Wilder and Ortiz vs him I'd have those as 50/50 fights. I'd edge him to beat Parker.
He definitely beats Whyte, Breazeale, Miller, Martin and guys like that..

It's not about Pulevs skills, it's about his mind, his heart and his soul.
Being 37yrs old and having only one fight within two years at that age is crucial.

No hate, im not down with the whole internet beef it's all just opinions this place would be boring if we all felt the same!

Swear down if he ever fights Whyte and beats him i will take it all back....but imo Whyte destroys him. Really hope this fight happens now lol.

I don't think Whyte would destroy him in the same way as he did vs Browne. Browne has amateur skills paired with some decent punching power due to being a HW. Whyte decision. Whyte is featherfisted for a HW.
