Bet365 has Selby at 2/9. I’m going to double it with Barcelona at home or something like that to bring it up over 1/2, as I don’t give Warrington any chance here. However I don’t bet more than a ton at a time so won’t have the bookie running for cover.
Couple of quid on a hometown draw after a Selby masterclass. 20-1 but you can up to 25-1. Then a couple different results for Selby. Just can't see Warrington winning this due to the styles.
No, when I say big I mean three figures. I'm not a serious gambler and don't have the gall to gamble a 4-figure sum especially on a crooked sport like boxing.
Was almost certain on going for Selby points at 4/6 but listening to some of you I’ve gone for the stoppage. I hope Selby is a bit pissed off with Warrington’s talk and goes for it a bit more. Warrington will get desperate at some point and hopefully walk into something so 7/2 sounds good to me. I wasn’t brave enough for the rounds 9-12 stoppage even though I am sure it will come late if it happens.
I wasn't too fussed about this fight before but given the classless way Warrington, his team and his fans have behaved, i can't wait for Selby to give him a boxing lesson. Selby's jab, combos and movement will be far too much for the mediocre Warrington who thinks he's much better than he is. Selby is easily world class, Warrington will find out tonight what that means.
Why as Scissors booted? He’s a good poster. Mods, a direct message giving us a telling off/warning would surely suffice. You lack the personal touch. It’s all a bit hard line.
I was literally just about to ask the same question 20. Scissors is an excellent and very welcome contributor on here. All his posts that I've seen were perfectly acceptable. What could he possibly have suddenly done to deserve this? He was well into this thread topic..tonight's selby v Warrington fight...and now he can't comment ...and the rest of us lose his participation.....crazy stuff. Obviously we don't know why he had been banned, but It smacks of yet another unfortunate OTT overreaction by the people running this boxing forum.....
