    Those cards were outrageously wide; basically Hubeaux lost as soon as he entered the arena.

    Rivas clearly lost a few and looked horrible all night, and I say that as someone that's been a fan since before his pro debut.

    I wouldn’t really care if the Japanese card wasn’t a day card, but it doesn’t seem like Kyoguchi is being televised anyway so oh well lol

    I'm still reserving judgment holding out a dim hope that we get a report of a mid-fight injury (hopefully not a serious one, naturally) to explain the anomaly. Otherwise, yeah, all those hopes built up for naught, if this is really the best performance he's capable of at this step-up level.

    Yeah, but I'm not sure he was having trouble seeing, at least that isn't how it came across. :nusenuse:

    Just trouble getting motivated, like figuring out a solution to Hubeaux's "puzzle" (just some rudimentary boxing, stick & move type stuff) was harder than he could be possibly bothered to will himself to do. Like he only wants to show up if guys are going to stand in front of him and let him chop them down with giant power whacks.
