A question ~ who threw/landed the most punches?
Seemed as if Stevenson did for the first half, Badou for the second half.
Looking forward to the re-match.

 

I've never seen him exhausted by the sixth or seventh round.

 

I scored the first 6 straight rounds for Adonis but some of those rounds were close so I can see the draw.

 

Fight of the year so far? For me yes. Usyk v Breidis was class but the dramatic swings in momentum in this fight makes it the best so far for me.

 

True. In strictly boxing real s it was a good scrap and both guys showed heart.

I don't know. Stevenson just gassed. I see it pretty similar, Stevenson winning while he has the stamina and Jack coming on late.

 

He was waiting for Stevenson to tire. It wasn't so horrible since it worked. I think he may have expected to be able to hurt Stevenson. He landed very solid shots. I was hoping je'd get at least a flash knockdown but nope.

Depends where the rematch is,

Depends when it is, yes he is 40 but Stevenson has been pretty much inactive, this might have done him a little favour, a very very solid 12 rounds there.

And I believe if there is a rematch Stevenson will not head hunt like he did in the early rounds, I suspect he will attack the body.
