Do boxers lift weights? I’m assuming low weight high reps?

You can’t put on muscle mass without sufficient calories and protein. What you lift is almost irrelevant, what you eat determines if you put on weight or lose weight. Lifting just helps you maintain muscle mass and strength if you’re getting lighter, and helps you put on muscle instead of fat if you’re getting heavier. You get lighter or heavier based on the energy you’re putting into your body.

Thick rounded shoulders instead of slouching ones. A firm butt instead of a droopy one lol. Stretching bands 'cardio' nor barbie weights will get you that!

Boxers do lift weights. That's rudimentary stuff. However, as with any strength & conditioning routine, care should be taken. And whatever you do, don't let it interfere with the REALLY important aspects of your training which is boxing skills training.

As it says it opens up the Diaphragm, for obvious reasons, Synovial joint is open longer, because you are moving the floor, had great results from soccer clubs with it with repairing knees, Plus Triathletes.

What does that have to do with repairing knees? And what on earth does it have to do with weight training? When are you going to attempt to explain that? Are you ever going to attempt to respond to any of the facts I presented you with?

How do they measure that, where is it recorded and where is there any indication that would have anything to do with anything? Stop appealing to authority by name dropping unis and training centres. Explain what the hell you are even talking about. I have contacts at national institutes all around the world, should I ask them about Howard Rainey? You’re talking complete nonsense, you’re a liar.
