Do boxers lift weights? I’m assuming low weight high reps?

You don’t understand how hilarious and ridiculous this sounds to somebody who is educated about these things.
For everybody else, Scrap thinks the vestibule of the mouth is the same thing as the vestibular system, so he keeps talking about the ‘oral cavity’ as having relevance to posture.
So from that he thinks about the alignment of the coccyx (tail bone) and a small muscle called the tensor fascia latae for some reason. Forget about the body as a whole, it’s these tiny things that are responsible for posture in a morons mind. As with any pseudo scientist he refers to things that exist to give the impression that he has some knowledge of something. He combines that with appeal to authority and vague ramblings so he can’t be pinned down.

Scrap you complete moron, read this:

A multitude of factors, and first you’d have to define ‘work’ and ‘fail’. If you fall over has it failed? And then how to do you isolate one particular aspect of a complex system that has afferent and efferent pathways converging in the motor cortex, sensory cortex, cerebellum and basal ganglia from all over the body? The fact that you think it can be simplified into ‘work’ or ‘fail’ shows just how clueless you are about how biological systems work.

As I said, what do you mean by work or fail? To what degree, in what sense? There is an endless list of issues that could arise, and there’s an endless list of mechanisms that come together to make it work as a whole. That’s why you need to define what you are talking about before I can respond to anything. And as I said, the fact that you think it’s that simple shows you don’t have any clue. Go ahead and surprise me, give me something to work with and respond to. I won’t hold my breath.

Here’s a brief list of potential issues. Now explain to me how the hell you think your treadmill or weights has anything to do with these issues.

Why so defensive? What did they tell you and where was it published/replicated/reviewed? You have no idea of how processes work in the real world and what constitutes some sort of evidence. Anybody who is half educated is goin to laugh at you, probably behind your back because they feel sorry for you.

What does bioenergetics have to do with strength and power? I really do get it. Why give clues when you could just explain? Because you can’t explain.

See because you’re at least a bit dim you don’t understand that I answered everything. I’ve given you plenty to respond to here that you’ve just decided to ignore, plenty of chances to prove that you have something to say.
