Joshua named his price to fight in the States. The price was met and he won't fight.

If Povetkin wins the purse bid Joshua will relinquish.

But that’s you saying that and you have nothing to do with the deal

My thoughts exactly, say what you like about Povetkin, he has a pulse at least, and could take Josh out quite easily.

The ducking and moving the goalposts is so obvious it makes Amir Khan's duck job of Brook look and sound genuine.

Remember when Khan said Brook needed to pass all those tests before he would fight him.

First Brook wasn't a big enough name
Then he needed a big name on his record
Then he needed to defend his title vs Spence.
Then he had a problem with Eddie Hearn
Then after running out of conditions he said the fight won't happen because Brook was too disrespectful.

Now Let's look at AJ/Hearn's conditions and tell me this is not a more disgraceful and obvious duck

    • Wilder not big enough name
    • Wilder had to fight a big name
    • Wilder should fight Whyte in UK
    • The fight needs to be marinated.
    • Won't accept 50/50 - Wilder says willing to fight in UK for 60/40
    • Aj Hearn Offers 12 million for what they estimate to be 100 million fight.
    • Wilder not interested in flat fee and asks for same split which Parker recieved.
    • Joshua arrogantly does interview saying would accept 50 million the next day.
    • Wilder sends 50 million offer
    • Hearn says it doesn't seem real and needs real evidence
    • Al haymon sends confirmation they are serious
    • Joshua says he is not about selling his soul and belts for 50 million
    • Barry Hearn advises Joshua to avoid Wilder so they can milk the fans some more.
    • Joshua and Hearn release statement saying they owe it to the fans to fight in the UK even though Hearn was in talks to fight big baby Miller in the states providing he won his last fight against a bum that Wilder already beat.

Perhaps Joshua should refrain from being Billy Big Balls in public then and not make stupid claims on camera.

Wilder called his bluff and the bodybuilder and his car salesman bum boy are now squirming.

Made to look like complete idiots by a loudmouth American who can’t even type coherently. Wilder has punk’d them so bad.

I see in the press AJ is now actively pushing for the fight in the UK...

That’s fine as long as the fight actually happens.

By having the fight here, it pretty much blocks Showtime PPV revenue ($99 a go) and site fees from Vegas..etc maybe showtime will offer a massive rights fee insteed.

That means in order to get near making up that massive loss of revenues AJ and Hearn would have to be offering to give Wilder at least 40% to make it remotely worth his while IMO.

On paper it seems a crazy standalone business decision. I know there worried about Wilder (and they should be) buts that’s a serious offer to ignore.

I’m not going to call anybody a ducker, but I will eagerly await news on how this plays out

    Pathetic from Joshua.

Big fan of him up until now, thought wilder was the one ducking.

Be a lion, go into wilders back yard and bang him out, introduce yourself to the U S and take the belts and 50 mil.

What a big fraud, they know this is potentially the end of the road.

Deontay Wilder might be Spastic. But the Entity's who he has backing him are most certainly not. He has Harvard-Educated AL Haymon, Shelly Finkle(Once Part of Mike Tysons Team), Showtime who are a CBS Company and MGM Grand who want this fight in Vegas-These are Mayweather's Boys you are talking about. The Car Salesman needs to understand he is a Fish messing with Sharks when talking about financials with these Boys. As for Femi- he needs to stop talking like a politician and take the fight-either ask for more, to cover the risk of fighting in Vegas or say you are scared.

It would not be $99 if on PPV in the US. More along the $50-70 Range.
