Of course all this is well known in Canada. Everyone deserves a second chance though and Adonis who was young at the time did his time. But the pimp blew the chance he got by being inactive and keeping that belt hostage. He ducked Kovalev, Jean Pascal and Eleider Alvarez all fights that were in high demand over here and the public quickly lost interest in him although he was LHW champ. He was basically kicked out of Montreal because fans dont want to spend their money to see Adonis fight nobodies. And the Badou Jack fight was a good one, but the public has spoken and Adonis never turned into a huge draw after his win over Dawson.

But dont you worry Adonis isnt losing any sleep over this because Al Haymon takes good care of him

 

Oh no!, Stevenson has a dark evil past!. He should be perfect and completely flawless like all of us!.

Be realistic for a minute here(if you and others can) and admire the fact that he got out of his dark past, and is now the WBC/Lineal Light Heavyweight champion and has been for the past six years. Not many people can do that.

 

When interviewed a few years ago after winning the belt, Stevenson was asked about his pass. Instead of saying something like : "I made errors in my pass, stuff that I should'nt have done". He diminished what he have done by lying. One reporter made a long article explaining in details what he had done. Stevenson is still a scum in my eyes.

 

Yes no doubt, but regardless its wrong to beat up young women for not sleeping with strange men for money that their pimp feels is owed to him.

Its weird, people that have dont have daughters find this reality far easier to deny.

The reason that people still harbor hate for Adonis past is the same reason The History Channel and BBC keep fetishizing German Nazi's and acting like they hate them... they won't tell the truth about themselves.
