Wach:I train normally and wait for a fight Mariusz Wach (33-3, 17 KO) published on Twitter a statement regarding his duel at the National Boxing Gala, which was in doubt after the Pole's rival Eric Molina (26-5, 19 KO) was suspended from the British anti-doping agency . "I received a lot of requests to comment on the fight against Molina. I am confused because I get different information from each side, I train normally and wait for the fight. Tomorrow I am going to Warsaw, I will know everything until the conference." - he wrote "Wiking". Theoretically, there is still a chance that Wacha and Molina will eventually come to a clash. An American air ticket to Poland is re-scheduled for Wednesday.
Being stopped by Mahommedrasul Majidov doesn't mean someone has a weak chin. What a fearsome and exciting pro heavyweight Majidov would have been.
Too bad Joshua might be fighting Jarrell Miller next instead of Povetkin or Wilder. The Povetkin fight would be fun to watch. We know he'll try for the KO and we know he has a good chin. It probably adds more to Joshua's legacy than any other fight. Imho Joshua's claim to the lineal title is threadbare and a victory over Povetkin (certainly one of the top contenders when Fury was stripped) would solidify it alot. I'll grant that Jarrell Miller has about as much of a chance at the upset as Povetkin (or maybe more) so that matchup wouldn't be terrible either.
No, he doesn't have a weak chin, just look at his partial amateur record: http://amateur-boxing.strefa.pl/Records/Dychko_Ivan.html
Full amateur record of Ivan Dychko: 181 wins and 18 loses. I don't see a weak chin here. He has fought the biggest hitters in the game in his amateur career. He fought Omarov, fought Majidov 4 times and lost by stoppage just once and won 2 fights out of their 4 meetings. Also fought your usual huge punchers like Bakhodyr Zhololov, Efe Ajagba, Savon and beat them all. Just one stoppage loss out of 105 fights, if that isn't impressive than what is?! http://amateur-boxing.strefa.pl/Records/Dychko_Ivan.html
