R4 - Dabrowski catches Talarek wth a clean shot and all of a sudden is a mad man rushing in looking for the stoppage. Talarek is cut right above his eye. The fight calms down but Talarek still doesn’t look right. He’s trying to get back to walking Dabrowski down but he’s noticeably slowed. Dabrowski really missed a great opportunity to get a stoppage upset win because it seems like Talarek is starting to regain his composure and corners Dabrowski but it’s too little too late to win the round IMO.

    Talarek 9-10 Dabrowski
    Talarek 38-38 Dabrowski

Dabrowski stormed back in that last round. Hopefully action stays at this pace.

R5 - Talarek seems like he’s regained his senses and is trying to get back to the strategy he employed in round 3 that had him dominating the fight. Dabrowski’s shot in the last round definitely took a lot out of Talarek though. Dabrowski just CLOCKS Talarek with a huge punch and a Talarek goes down. Still a minute to go and Talarek doing everything he can to hold on and make it to the next round. I’m not sure he’s going to though. As he’s shuffling to his left, Dabrowski catches him clean again and Talarek goes down again. Huge round for Dabrowski. This fight is scheduled for 8 rounds, not 6 like I initially thought, and I think Talarek might be ****ed because of it

    Talarek 7-10 Dabrowski
    Talarek 45-48 Dabrowski

R6 - Dabrowski is on the front foot for the first time in the fight and it seems a matter of time before Talarek goes down for good, especially if he can’t go back on the front foot. Dabrowski is patiently picking his spots and is the only one really initiating any sort of offense in this round. Talarek is a tough ******* but Dabrowski is clearly in control of the fight now.
    Talarek 9-10 Dabrowski
    Talarek 54-58 Dabrowski

R7 - Talarek getting hurt was a bummer because the fight lost its spark once that happened. Dabrowski is controlling the fight, although Talarek has slightly returned to his walking Dabrowski down strategy, at a much less effective rate. It doesn’t seem to be in Dabrowski’s mind to try and finish this fight. He’s just going to box smart off his back foot like he did in the early rounds he won, and force Talarek to try to walk in and land something. Close round
    Talarek 9-10 Dabrowski
    Talarek 63-68 Dabrowski

R8 - Respect has to be given to Talarek. He’s clearly gassed but as soon as the round started he tried to get as close to Dabrowski as possible and is throwing punches whenever he has the energy or space. Dabrowski is still landing more effectively off the back foot though. Talarek tries a feint all of a sudden and throws a decent shot but it’s way too late. He gets rocked by Dabrowski right before the final bell.
    Talarek 9-10 Dabrowski
    Talarek 72-78 Dabrowski

My eyes aren't deceiving me in that I'm seeing the entire ring speckled with copious amounts of blood, correct?

Looks like the UFC ring when they have an especially violent night, but it's all from one guy on an obscure Polish undercard...

I don’t even know if the ref acknowledged the cut to be honest. He never stopped the fight to look at it lol. Steve Bunce needs to watch this fight to see that blood isn’t anything to be afraid of

Yeah, I could absolutely do without the modern referee & commentators general over reaction to blood. It happens.
