Why does Knight keep pulling guard? He's going to give this fight away.

 

Goddard should stand this this up. Amirkhani is literally just stalling.

 

10-9 Amirkhani - 29-28 Amirkhani. 29-28-29-27 Knight or a draw is also fine.

 

While Knight blew things. Amirkhani getting the win leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Knight under new rules won rd 1 10-8. So worst case scenario this would be a draw. In 2-3 Amirkhani did nothing but stall from the top - often given to him by Knights eagerness to constantly pull guard. Just doesn't make any sense.... Maybe he was injured?

 

Amirkhani wins a split decision.

 

Arnold Allen vs. Mads Burnell - 3 rounds at Featherweight

 

That 2nd and 3rd round were such buzzkills...... First was one of the best rounds of the year and it looked like this fight could have been a FOTY contender. Nope. Turns into a blanket lay and pray session.

 

3 straight upset in a row on the main card.... Eating my words now.

Allen was well on his way to getting upset and needed that finish. Impressive finish in an otherwise full fight.
