That just means a particular matchmaker either has faith in him, or, more cynically, has faith in the guy that is 25-0 and is cashing Ulysse out. That isn't how you measure "hype". (the metric is how many bandwagon fans are popping up & how much exaggerated rhetoric beyond the person's abilities they're spouting per capita..)
Who was the american guy who got knocked out against was it a Chinese guy. Think it might have been the first round. Kept getting knocked down in the first I think. Pretty sure he was a heavy favorite as well. Can't think of his name but remember with what I seen of him in the UK thinking he was gonna be very very good. Actually interested to see what became of him. Also thought gatti in his comeback...was gonna be hard to stop think it was buddy mcgirt training him getting him to box a lot more. Caught a few fights late at night over here...thinking finally they,ve sorted gatti out. That was until he went up against mayweather anyway. Remember telling people the day of the fight...gatti has a great chance here. In my defence I had,nt really seen mayweather at that point. Remember thinking bloody hell hes good.
That's the one cheers. Just seen he got done by canelo in three rounds. Looks like he never really came to all that much in the end. Had only really seen him against some guys that in hindsight might not have been all that good.
Bute, Andy Lee, Andre Dirrell as well, Denis Boytsov, Rakhim Chakhkiev, Felix Verdejo, Camaron Ramirez (I didn't really hyped him up on the forum but I saw him a few times and I was SUPER impressed), Eubank Jr (before he lost to BJS), Mikael Zewski, Grzegorz Proksa. Failed to live up to my expectations that is.
