But you literally can't accredit any wins unless the it's an undefeated guy.

"He is a former flyweight beating up one of the biggest welterweights we ever saw" This is not correct ! Just a normal size welter. We have had a bunch of really small guys fighting at Welter in recent times. Ray Robinson 5' 11 Tommy Hearns 6'1 Ray Leonard 5'11 Wilfredo Benítez 5'11 Oscar De la Hoya 5 11 Tito Trinidad 5'11

Floyd fought Cotto after Margarito, Pacquiao and Trout had destroyed him. Take from that what you will.

I really wondered if Pac's gloves were loaded because of the power he showed that he;d never shown before.I know Tony;s gloves were 100% clean though & Pac said after that he had never been hit so hard.

There’s a difference between “proof” and “evidence”. There is no proof that Manny used PEDs, ie a confession or a positive test. However, there is circumstantial and empirical evidence that he used.
First, he competed in an age known for PEDs.
Second, we now know that not only was PED testing lax in boxing, but tests can be circumvented with microdosing or undetectable PEDs.
Third, he had a strength and conditioning coach (at a time when strength and conditioning coaches were synonymous with PED dealers). Alex Ariza had very little boxing background but was somehow able to ingratiate himself into a star boxer’s camp. Even Freddy Roach said he was shady and didn’t know what Ariza was giving Pacquiao... what a strange thing to say to the media! It could be interpreted as Freddy doing some preemptive damage control and wanting to distance himself from any future scandal.
Fourth, Manny, who had started out as a flyweight, began rapidly rising in weight and utterly destroying much larger fighters...many who were known for being tough guys, not cream puffs.
Fifth, when Manny had the chance to partake in the most lucrative fight in boxing history with Floyd, Manny stumbled over the drug testing issue (please note, I believe Floyd used PEDs and ducked the fight as well). Seriously, what clean fighter walks away from $50,000,000 and a chance to shut the mouth of your only rival and reach Sugar Ray Leonard status?
Sixth, after the PED testing refusal fiasco, Manny did seem to slow down a bit and no longer scored blistering TKOs of top fighters.
Put all of the above together and it’s reasonable to conclude that Manny did indeed dope. FMJ, RJJ, JMM, SSM, Toney all did.
