Fact based on what?. Any proof behind that claim?. When I say proof, I mean actual proof. Like the ones they found against Concreto which got him suspended and eternally shamed.

There's an awful lot of BS in there.

First... all ages are known for PEDs. Different times call for different practices.
Second... whatever testing was like then, it was the same for everyone else. And here is the crux, whatever BS you attribute to Pac, you might as well attribute to all fighters. Honestly, I only see you tossing this shat at Pac.
Third... Ariza is not a dope dealer, he's earned a ****ing BS, as in Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology for crying out loud. Go google that **** and come back smarter. The crap he was doing is text book modern training. He'd make protein shakes and act like it was some secret sauce, rofl... AS IF doping via a milkshake is the ideal way to consume PEDs, moronic.
Fourth... rapidly... from 126lbs and on he weighed the same on fight night as then as he did as a Welter. Have much brain power? That means he was the same freaking size once hydrated. That means he was cutting a lot of weight to to make 126lbs, etc etc. And there was only ONE ****ING KO in that time via a perfect shot. No where did Manny KO anyone with power. They were all by speed and attrition. Ironically, all that protein he wqas trying to stuff into Pac is one of the reasons why they split because Roach and Pac valued speed over strength, putting aside Ariza's innate douchebaggery.
Fifth... so you are going to use the ***** reason? The truth is he agreed to the testing, just not the volume that was being bounced around. And secondly to that he didn't want to be under Fluid's thumb since he was dictating the testing. And in hindsight I ****ING AGREE with him. For someone who has such strong opinions, you really are ****ing clueless when it comes to the USADA contract, where they were paid directly by Fluid, did not have to follow WADA protocols, were allowed to issue retroactive TUEs, etc etc. Who was the one that was caught with IV bags between these two fighters?? Also, who was it that offered a 5mil penalty in the case of a positive and who did not want that guarantee? The sad facts of that aftermath... I don't hold it against Pac because all the crooked **** with USADA was true.

See, we can all shape facts to fit our opinion no matter how biased they be.

Sixth... FIVE ****ING YEARS passed in that time. The guy was already in his early 30s. He aged like he was supposed to! Look GGG is aging too or it must be that he's under VADA now so he must be off his PEDs. See how that works? How many fighters do you know of that were able to beat father time? There's two off the top of my head, Nard and Fluid. Both of which are deathly afraid of VADA.

Now you are showing your idiocy ROFLMAO!! No PROOF was found indicating Margarito cheated. Nazim Richardson blatantly lied saying " Plaster Blocks fell from Margarito's wraps" The CSAC foolishly acted on this & suspended Margarito. The lab testing the wraps determined there was nothing dangerous in them But the CSAC failed to say that & kept the suspension in place. In doing so they ruined the career & tarnished the reputation of an innocent man
The Csac & that lying POS are the ones needed suspending PERMANENTLY
    All Antonio did was SWEAT!!!

I do not disagree with you but until it is proven with all the evidence, administered by the proper authorized body in the field of boxing, then it is just all speculations and assumptions.
I will believe more the Canelo incident than speculations, assumptions and defamation particularly when Manny passed all the test he did.
Even if you take this to the court, You will lose because of lack/no scientific evidence. You may not even have a case to begin with. Remember what happened to GBP when they accused Manny of PEDs without evidence, they paid a big fine.
But of course nobody can stop you from accusing Manny all day if that is your opinion. But it just ends there.

If he was someone worth suing like oh... the Mayweathers.... but let's ignore what happened there and continue with the accusations.

Lol! Bless your heart, Smoke - you nub:p
You and I have had this conversation before and it still baffles (and humors) me how an otherwise reasonably intelligent poster like yourself loses your **** over somebody concluding that Manny doped. Seriously bud, you suddenly go into IsaL and Shadow mode: no matter what the evidence may indicate, you simply refuse to consider that Manny might be guilty. But even worse than that, you become apoplectic over the thought that anybody arrives at that conclusion. But even Shadow, tragic soul that he is, doesn’t resort to blatant name calling like you. I’m seriously considering taking a life insurance policy out on you and then spamming your inbox with all sorts of “Manny is doping” innuendo; I figure you’ll keel over from a coronary and I’ll collect a fat check and get the hell out of construction. Maybe I’ll even hire Ariza with my ill gotten gains and get some of his yummy shakes for my fat ass;)
Seriously bud, you make some decent points and I’d never bet my soul that Manny doped but you also make what I think are some weak points. For some reason you seem to think that because Ariza has a BS in kinesiology that that precludes him from dabbling in PEDs - while acknowledging that he is a douchebag.
Tell me, do you think Manny is the first fighter that got sick of cutting weight and decided to go up in weight? It’s not amazing that Manny went up in weight, but what is amazing is that he maintained his speed and strength.
Also, we both agree that Floyd doped and that he had a corrupt usada in his pocket but nobody knew that at the time. What we do know, at least as it played out publicly, is that Manny was destroying much bigger guys and the only rival to PFP and welterweight supremacy was Floyd. Floyd offered Manny tens of millions of dollars to fight with the stipulation that Manny subject himself to OSDT and Manny completely botched it. It doesn’t matter if Floyd was a hypocrite. Floyd ducked the fight because he’s a ducker and Manny ducked the fight by refusing to accept more stringent testing. No matter what spin you put on it, it was a PR disaster for Manny. It’s as if you take it personal that Floyd the Wicked insulted the honor of Manny the Just and you must come to his rescue. Again, at one point I believed what you believe but have since considered the empirical evidence in a different light, but I don’t have any deranged outrage over someone who thinks differently, I just think you’re being naive. That’s the difference between us...that and I just assume I’m better looking than you in real life;)

When you say you don’t disagree, does that mean you think Manny doped? Or that it’s at least a reasonable assumption?
The problem with anti doping agencies and athletic commissions is that they’ve shown themselves to be compromised; aso thesmokingman what he thinks of usada.
As far as taking Manny to court? Please, don’t be foolish. This is an Internet boxing site; it’s fun banter. Don’t try to make it all serious all of a sudden. I’m not accusing Manny of pedophilia or human trafficking, I’m (like all of us) an anonymous user providing my opinion. And it’s a reasonable opinion.
And as far as GBP accusing Manny and being fined? I honestly don’t remember that. I know Floyd accused him and Manny settled with him out of court for undisclosed sum, but I didn’t know about Oscar. And you are aware that Lance Armstrong sued various people/entities successfully that had implied he doped, right? And ultimately Lance confessed.
I stated very forthrightly that there’s a difference between proof and evidence. The evidence against Manny is empirical and subject to interpretation and if you conclude that he’s clean, so be it. There was a time when that was my conclusion, too. I have since changed my mind. Also, why wouldn’t Manny dope? It’s not like he has a moral code against hurting people...or lying to his wife...or transgressing the 7th Commandment of the God he claims to believe in...or lying on a health exam before the biggest fight of his life, right?

Again, you only look at things from one side only, your biased side. Did you ever ask yourself, hey whose idea was it to accuse Manny of Peds? Did you come up with these suspicions yourself or were they planted there? Remember I told you to prove the thousands or hundreds of posters who were suspicious of Manny and yet you could point to not a single thread. You do realize Google has the ability to search in date ranges right? Remember how you were saying all these guys were suspicious BEFORE the Mayweathers came out and accused Pac?

As I've stated before, once someone is accused of PEDs, it is impossible to undo that damage. And FYI, even if he went thru with that BS USADA testing, it still would not prove a thing towards being clean. Anti-doping does not prove anyone is clean by definition, it can only prove that they were clean for that test, though more apt they passed these tests.

You're chock full of a lot of BS assumptions.

Ariza... you think he can just dabble in PEDs? Ahahaha... its very easy to get caught these days. If it was so easy to cheat, you would not have guys like Mayweather and Canelo getting caught and needing magical TUEs. And as I've written before on this dumbass topic, PED use today is about not being tested more than it is masking the PEDs. 90% of doping cases on the world stage is about using drugs that are meant for medical purposes used outside their application to enhance athletics all powered by the MAGICAL TUE. For ex. Chris Froome (salbutamol) who just beat all comers in the Giro, check, Bradly Wiggins (triamcinolone), check, Fluid Mayweather (trt), check. Thus the idea that Ariza just dabbles in it is ****ing ridiculous. You don't go into PEDs lightly. If it were true, Pac would have failed a test long ago especially with the emergence of VADA. Look at how Clenelo was busted, not by masking drugs, but because his doping doc miscalculated the cycle off time of Clenbuterol.

When Manny went up in weight, he stopped getting KOs, true KOs with the exception of Hatton. Again you are building or creating this fictitional chain of events and ignoring other facts. Pac has speed, and he wears ppl down with this speed. I'm sure he gained some power as frame settled and relaxed into Welter, but he never had POWER like you are making it out to be. That's something you are embellishing because it justifies your stance.

lol, you cannot see it can you? Everything you are pointing out to show that Manny was on PEDs was said by the Mayweathers. I don't know what's more hypocritical that you ape the Mayweather A-side meth BS or that you admit that the USADA show was corrupt as hell, and yet you put the onus on Pac to prove otherwise. It's like you are ignoring the elephant in the room which is that the Mayweathers used USADA and the accusations to try and destroy Pac, break his will, break his power on the negotiations. And at the end of it all you still are holding onto the tenets that Floyd Sr was preaching roflmao. You still cannot see it lol.

Compared to his featherweight self or other welterweights?
