Well their schedule claims this is going to be live but they could be mistaken. Was his opponent last week Sinistra or somebody else?
For a while he used to Juggled MMA, Glory and semi-pro boxing with some fairly solid results across the board. In 2011 he brutally iced Mighty Mo in K-1 - Just having gone to war with Filip Hrgovic in an excellent and closely contested WSB match a month prior, in February of that year he iced Arlovski in one of 1st round matches of the HW grand prix. In 2013-2014 he seemed to have taken a liking to Glory and was more active there than anywhere else. Recently though he's gone back to his roots and has fought 5x in MMA in the last 15 months after his shocking 1st rd KO upset defeat in Bellator to Javy Ayala(Kharitonov had been bed ridden for 2+ months with some sort of illness in the lead up to the fight) I don't think it's as simple as his chin letting him down as he's eaten solid shots from big punchers since. Good to see him back in kickboxing though.... His marauding style even at an older age is enough to trouble anyone who's not elite. Any Kharitonov is making for great viewing, although I'll always yearn to see the prime early 2000s version who weighed 215-220 and had one of the greatest all around skillsets in all of MMA - not to mention a boxing pedigree that probably will never be seen again among a well rounded cross trained fighter(Olympic level) and for my money schooled Helenius and despite having regressed to a bloated marauder gave an elite talent in Hrgovic absolute hell. Both of these were after Kharitonov had ballooned in weight due to injuries.
What a legend. Dude's a little older (and more than a little fatter) than me but still kicking ass, thighs, and shins - and kneeing chins and taking names left & right. Amazed that Sinistra even got up from that first knockdown. The knee LEVELLED him. Even more amazing is the ref giving him so many chances to continue. He was a few seconds away from actually surviving the round, somehow. Crazy.
That clinch knee to the gut has long been an underrated weapon of Kharitonov. His kicks were never great, but that knee to the midsection... Surprisingly efficient.
Aside from Bibiano, idk who any of the non-kickboxing or MT guys are, but Angela Lee is a goddamn cutie (and not just in that one pic; Google her... wow...)

They really tried hiding concealment of documents behind the "invasion of privacy" excuse?? Yeah, no - if you're applying to fight your HIPAA rights fly out the window, sorry.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2018_in_Glory#Glory_60:_Lyon Glory welterweight champion Harut Grigorian was unable to compete due to acute gastroenteritis that has forced him from the fight card. Well that card went to **** fast....
Nieky Holzken returns to kickboxing after his strong performance in the semifinals of the WBSS: This content is protected Shame, because he could have been a part of some fun match-ups at super middle in boxing - although this is probably the wiser long-term decision for him both financially and in terms of carving out a legacy, as this sport is more his natural wheelhouse.
Who else can’t wait for the glory heavyweight tournament? I do really like kickboxing and follow it, but much prefer Muay Thai, is there a Muay Thai thread anywhere?
This content is protected Joke opponent but JLB doesn't look half bad for a 45 year old who's been fighting professionally for well over 2 decades.
