I’m English And very proud of that fact. It shows in my lists. I also mainly like out boxers and great jabbers. And I only really like fighters from 1970 on wards. That’s because 1970 was the year colour tv started. And I find watching fights in colour is much easier to judge. That’s not to say I don’t rate or watch old black and white videos of fighters. I just prefer having the whole career of fighters on type to watch rather than just the odd fight. So here go’s.

I think it's safe to say that most dedicated boxing fans, like the kind you would find in the classic section, enjoy just about every fighter.

Joe Frazier was just a natural warrior who as Don Dunphy said during FOTC "gets sheer joy out of combat!"
Roberto Duran was just a once in a lifetime type of talent. A force a nature.

Salvador Sanchez left those of us with memories hard to explain. Just watch the film's.
Felix Trinidad an uncommon offensive force who could knock you out with either hand. Great stamina, great fighting spirit.
Pernell Whitaker mastered his style of fighting. He waa an artist.
Roy Jones the closest to SRR I've seen.

I truly suck at lists of any kind...I'll compulsively return to that post and add Galindez, Eddie, Buchanan, Conn, Loughran, etc.,...
