Margo repeatedly said he wasn’t hurting him (I don’t believe it, personally), but most of the damage was from accumulation. The many broken bones proved impressive power but it’s not like he savagely KO’d him or repeatedly downed him.

It was a systematic and relentless beatdown.

I agree to a point but Floyd fought ODLH and rightly so as that was his "superstar" making fight, then he had the Hatton fight at the end of '07 then he went into early retirement as 147 became very hot with Williams, Margarito etc.

Margarito by the end of '07 had beaten good opposition in Luan, Cintron, Clottey, Lewis and lost a close fight to Williams, but in '08 he once again beat Cintron and then beat Cotto, it was a massive fight to be made.

 

Sorry I'm a fan of Margarito but hes not beating ODLH

Clottey never broke his hand at all and Margarito himself enterd the fight with a bad shoulder and ankle/foot iirc, anyhow Margarito won.

And yes he beat Cotto, there is absolutely NO evidence at all to say he cheated.
