    What about Daniel Santos?
    Santos was never anything special and he exposed Margaritos flaws as well. Just simple movement and a good inside gameplan nullified Margaritos best efforts.
    How about Joshua Clottey? When Clottey backed up, Margarito couldn't land anything. And when on the ropes, Clottey found it easy to tie Margarito up.
    (Clottey injured his left hand that night, and in the 10th he literally ran circles around Margarito and Margo had no anwsers)

    The old Margarito was a good fighter, could have knocked Void out. As far as Margarito's hand wraps, nothing was proven about them, nothing at all, but we all know that El Pollo cheats with his hand wraps......................Bob Bennett approves.................

    Let's see what Mayweather fans were DEAD WRONG about:
    • Mayweather was supposed to stop Maidana on body shots (Khan almost had him out and Mayweather's jab to the body was superior)
    • Mayweather was angry about the duckin' accusations and was supposed to punish and stop Pac as payback
    • Mayweather was supposed to easily stop Cotto on cuts
    These were all popular opinions expressed by Mayweather fans.

    I don't doubt that Floyd would have run and had success outboxing Margarito, but eventually Margarito would have backed him into the ropes.

    Again, look how easily Cotto(rematch), Santos, Clottey and Mosley tied Margo up.
    Margo was a stylistic nightmare, but on a technical level they were worlds apart. Margo would have had some success but nothing more than he did in the seventh round of the Mosley fight.
