Jermell Charlo is a feather fisted hype job that couldn't box eggs

    Some of you guys seem to have short memories, or just plain DKSAB.

    Ya'll acting like this guy is an elite fighter or something. You must have forgotten JUST 3 FIGHTS AGO he was having his EARS BOXED OFF by limited no mark John Jackson, 7-1 down on all 3 judges scorecards & probably any member of the viewing public with a rudimentary knowledge of boxing's scorecards. Yes he located the glass in Jackson abysmal mandible eventually- although taking him twice the time it took a horribly dehydrated & broken down Andy Lee to do the same.

    Going further back he also could very easily have had 2 losses before that- getting highly debatable verdicts over Vanes Maritoryan & Demetrius Hopkins where many who managed to stop awake through the snore fests had seen it the other way.

    Yes he scored highlight KO's in his last 3 fights against glass chinned disgraces. The man has a feeble 50% KO rate and only recently finished his bum tour- the numbers don't lie. That ain't getting him out of jail against a solid set of whiskers. You know who else has a 50% KO rate? Bredis Prescott. Is he a murderous puncher because he scored a knock out against glass chinned Amir Khan? Or does that say more about the chin he's hitting? John Jackson had been slept before, Charles Harltey was no stranger to waking up on the canvas before Charlo took him out & Eriksen Lubin had already displayed his fragile mandible when Mexican window cleaner Norberto Gonzlaez setting him somersaulting across the ring with a jab. To see real power, see the difference in effect Golovkin's power had on Vanes compared to how Vanes barely blinked at Charlo

    Yes, he's probably enhancing his power through PEDs right now- especially given his roid rage when he's acting like a prat post fight- but that ain't gonna help him out against a big name fighter when VADA testing comes as part of the package- and don't be suprised if he's given hell this weekend or even loses against shot to smithereens Austin Trout.

    For being featherfisted he sure does knock a lot of people out. This Saturday he's going to add Trout to his knockout count, since Trout should've retired several ago.

    Not that i like the Charlos, but John Jackson is ****ing legit (if only it wasn't for that easy to access kill switch of his.). Both Jemell and Lee had to walk through hell to get to him.
    The Vanes fight was razor close, but Vanes is actually quite good. No shame there. (So what if Jermell is not yet on Golovkins level? Golovkin has a **** ton more experience and is a proven elite. And yes, experience does matter!)
    And no one is claiming that Jemell is some big time KO artist. It's that hes been sitting down more on his punches now. And he just happened to score the KO's

    "glass chinned disgraces"? How? How are the disgraces? They worked their asses off and just weren't good enough. The only disgrace here is you. What a shitty "boxing fan" you are.

    And boxers actually do get better. You seem to be judging Jermell on a performance he had 3 years ago. You mean to say that in 3 years he hasn't gotten any better?

    So you consider a KO rate of 50% impressive for someone who has fought 95% bums?

    Because he was out boxed badly in 7 of 8 completed rounds to limited journeyman John Jackson just a couple of fights ago.

    This is the kind of reaction you get when all of the people with agendas against Golovkin start hyping up a new bogeyman.

    I hope to see Charlo in with the big boys soon though. Any of Golovkin, Dev, Canelo, BJS, DJ or Murata would be good.
