Numbers were far bigger for the biggest farce ever seen in a boxing ring - eg it was an exhibition fight involving another Fraud v A Conman.

PPV mugs have been absolutely rogered for the past three years parting with cash for serious shyte.

Makes you wonder what some people are thinking when paying to watch these things, big fights don't get made unless the money is right which is understandable, but when you get absolute bellends willing to pay more and fund many a frauds lavish lifestyle just to watch is beyond me.

Gone are the days when fighters fought, not bitching over dressing rooms or who goes where on a poster FFS.
Folk can pay if they want but i certainly wouldn't.

I bought the fight, not the result i wanted or expected but entertained nonetheless!

Recent ppv's have been great value for me. Full nights entertainment at home, with beers and a curry. Cheaper than taking the misses out! :beer-toast1:

Err Eh Day in disguise? - most of them have been absolute stinkers.

    All AJ fights v Puddings
    Bellew v Haye TWICE
    Fraud v Conman
    Frampton v Twigg
    Bellew v Clev
    Brook v Gavin
Hughie The Skirt Fury v Parker

It goes on and on - for every AJ v Clit there are piles of stonkers

These PPV mugs really must be thick falling for the same acting time and again.

Can understand Tony Dosh v Clit or Brook v Spence at a push but absolutely gobsmacked that people fork out PPV money for Cripple Toe Haye v Bellew twice for the World Tom & Jerry Title fight.

You know what this does prove. Dont listen to people on ESB forums who claim PPV sales are low etc etc.

These people speak BS and are just wishing for that. When you hear someone say that there casual friends are not buying the PPV so it must be doing bad pre sales. Tell them they are full of trash talk.

Over 700,000 is superb numbers. Bellew is a draw no doubt. Hearn killing it again!

Mate Sky didn't even promote this fight properly and it still done high numbers "Eddie Hearn" Ladies and Gentleman. Seriously, look how Joshua-Parker was promoted heavily from January to March. Then compare how Haye-Bellew from Mid April to Early May was promoted. It wasn't and it still done high numbers...it's going to give Hearn and Sky encouragement to do wrong things

I think in his last 4 fights his movement has been poor. Ironically though, the first and third knockdowns came from a place where you would have expected him to knock Bellew out, and that was in the toe to toe exchange.

Wasn't there a wrestling ppv too? Think the numbers might not be 100% here.

There is was on the Sunday. Backlash but I think that would of done 50k at best. Sunday night in the early hours won't generate much ppv buys outside wrestlemania.

No way on earth this fight sold as much as the first fight. No chance. Zilch.

Those numbers can't be real. It's easy to gage interest from casual's by:

    1. Simply talking to them
    2. Seeing the amount of mentions from casual's u know in social media
    3. How many likes and shares that those cringey pages like Lad Bible etc get when discussing the fight.

The second fight was nowhere near as hyped as the first. I'm confident in saying this is b*llocks.

I really hope this is joke post. People predicting numbers from talking to there friends pre fight is laughable.

What makes it worse is when people see the numbers and how there predictions were way off but refuse to take the L.

Instead they make claims that it's all a lie. Face the facts. The fight was hugely popular!
