    Marciano beats everyone except Tua.

I'd fancy Marciano over all of them except Tua and maybe Byrd, who was tough as nails and had the workrate to hang in there, possibly, for a UD.

Ellis and Byrd might pose him problems with their slick, defensive styles. There would almost certainly have to be a come from behind knockout in both fights, I believe. The longer the fight is held for the better Rock's chances. Over ten or twelve rounds I can see him losing a decision.

Toney I think would make Rock look foolish, though Rock's constant pressure might keep things close on the cards, a la the Jirov fight. I think Toney outpoints him.

Tua would be a stylistic nightmare for Marciano. I think the Rock hits the canvas hard in this one.

Haye always struggled against live opponents who brought it to him. He might knock down Rock early with something sharp and out of the blue, but eventually the relentless pressure would begin to grind him down and he gets stopped late. Again, the longer the fight goes the better Rock's chances. I keep seeing a more brutal and competitive version of the Fragomeni fight when I picture this one.

Shavers I think gets bombed out quite early. Far lesser fighters got to him than Marciano, and I don't see the styles meshing well in Shavers's favour. The Bonavena fight likely goes a similar way, but maybe lasts a little longer. Actually I think this would be a terrific all action fight with possible knockdowns galore, albeit of the flash variety.

Spinks gets beaten down and stopped mid to late, with a few competitive moments here and there.

I would favor him over all of them.

That is not to say that he would go unbeaten against them, but he would go into each fight a favorite.

I'd pick Marciano vs everyone, except for Tua. Though it Marciano wanted to, maybe he could outbox and work Tua depending on Tua's shape and will that evening.

Shavers has a puncher's chance of course.

Marciano vs Bonavena would be very entertaining.

If a red hot Tua showed up ( pretty unlikely) that changes things a bit.

You seriously rate Jimmy Ellis, Chris Byrd, James Toney, Spinks, Bonavena, Earnie Shavers and David Haye over Tua H2H? I think he's much overrated but ALL of those guys?

Its about styles and abilities!!! No comic hero resume junk! Jeez, everytime this hero fapping garbage comes up! Put LaMotta and Duran on that list, and its an insult to them too, not matching Rocky as Tua could :BangHead::copas::BangHead::copas:

Rocky made a living beating up fighters who fought like toney. This wouldn’t end well for James.

The Frazier fight should show you how much of a chance Ellis has against Marciano. Ellis can’t handle that type of pressure or power.

Byrd would do well for a while, but Marciano gets to him late because Byrd faded and Marcianos punching power, stamina, workload would break Byrd down.

I was implying more that they surpassed his accomplishments.

True Jan but what has that got to do with H2H. A guy Tua fought to a standstill obliterated Byrd. A guy with next to no "accomplishments".

    Really?

Because Tua holds FOUR knockout victories over world heavyweight champions. That’s a lot of knockout victories over a lot of world champions!

Name me a man on that list who has accomplishments like that?

Tua at his best was a very big strong dude with incredible stamina, an iron chin, and a lethal left hook...a very dangerous matchup for any 185lb swarmer in history!
