Horn vs Rios? This would be a good slugfest no skills but who ever wins gets a shot at Victor Ortiz. Rios in shape can give anyone a hard fight.

Rios is done. Horn would probably get a late stoppage.

At this point Rios has taken so many drubbings that the only way for it to be any kind of fair would be for Horn to have to face Bud 3 or 4 more times in the next couple of months and then have the fight.

If Rios wasn't half brain-dead I'd pick him to stop Horn in 8, with the way Rios is now it's probably Horn in 8. But Rios is about the equal skill level to Horn, both these guys were Olympians

Not a bad fight on paper but Rios is washed up and easy picking for any top 20 welterweight.
Horn should get a tuneup and get the winner of Pacquiao-Matthysse

I am a fan of Rios, if he was still in his prime I'd pick him to easily beat Horn.
