The only evidence we have is his lack of being in with punchers.

Ana his promoter know that he has questionable mandible and bad defense and that power punchers can KO him and that's why he won't face any punchers only if he faces puncher in a eliminator or for the title. He is 5 fights from crack at the title anyways.

It's not just a case of him not facing any punchers, they haven't put him in with anyone who could wobble an old lady with a sledgehammer if they swung it with all their might. I'm not even suggesting he does have a punch resistance problem either. I know he's a late starter to the sport and they're taking their time, but they could at least stick him in there with a genuine LHW who has some semblance of power given the way they talk and hype him up.

Ya, Buatsi would wreck him I think. Good call, mate.

I think so too. Yarde does have talent, but Buatsi doesn't get a fraction of the hype he does and at least he's got the amateur track record to warrant some: Olympic bronze medalist, the only fighter during those games that year to stop 2 opponents, both of whom are very solid and tough fighters, and he stopped them in impressive fashion too, one of them in HL reel KO fashion.

    All Hail King Yarde!!!!!
    :worship2:

Yarde is like Jax from Mortal Kombat mixed with the swag/sex appeal of Austin Power.

    Yarde KO AB 2020

Yarde is a coddled fraud. If he was as good he's talked up to be his handlers would have more confidence and put him in with live opposition. He's yet to face a top 30-40 LHW. Sek is probably the best opponent he'll have stepped in with thus far which is extremely sad.

He seems to like facing novice Hungarians.

Well Zsolt Erdei should come of retirement, wouldn't even surprise me if a totally past it, old Erdei schooled him!
