I didn't say it was going to be easy, but, I think SD is primed, and I think DJ is ripe for a hiding. It will be interesting to see how things pan out with SD not having Rozier in his corner though.

Fair post but who really avoided him that was even worth talking about? Sturm CEJ an ancient one legged Martinez who was looking to cash out? The division lacked talent no one in it would be on any top 30 p4p list.

A lot of those names Ali, Whitaker, Jones, Hearns, Hagler, Hopkins & Holyfield are some of my very favorite fighters of all time.

I guess I meant you didn't hear Charlo, Canelo, BJS, (any of the bigger names now) clamoring for a fight with GGG until after Jacobs. Plus if the division was lacking when he was in his prime what should he have done? Hopkins was a MW champion for years and had many, many title defenses against weak/lacking opponents until Trinidad. GGG has done the same thing until finally landing good opponents in Jacobs and Canelo. GGG doesn't have the size or frame imo to jump to LHW (like Hopkins) and start picking off the list of killers there. SMW is a option and some good oppoents, but no one with a really big name. Now if he fights Charlo, Boo Boo, SD, BJS after beating Alvarez again that's a 7 fight streak (with only one keep busy fight, Vanes) to make for a HOF resume.

He's not as good now as he was several years back before he had the surgery.

His movement is clearly faster, even than GGG in his prime, but I don't think his hands are faster. Remember that Sergiy has a very short reach, so it looks like his hands are faster than they really are. (Seriously)

Also, a prime Golovkin had lightning fast reflexes.
OK, I don't think that's the case any longer, in fact I think that's the biggest change in Golovkin today, but he still might be sharper than Sergiy. I'm not sure...

Regardless, reaction time is possibly even more important than raw speed. I'm DYING to see Sergiy against an opponent as fast as Crawford or Jacobs. That will tell us a lot.

Straight facts. There's a reason Spence and Crawford get so much hate right now. They pretended like they cared about Floyd's "history", but they hated Ward just as much and now they do anything they can do discredit Spence and Crawford.

Spence and Crawford don't get hated on anywhere near as much as Mayweather or Ward on here. But ok... Whatever helps your victim complex.

I think DJ wins by KO. I’m absolutely not impressed with charlo who fought Trout and even less impressed with deryveychenko.

Who's the one making outrageous and patently false claims like what you said @ post #70? Spence and Crawford don't receive anywhere near as much hate as Mayweather or Ward. They're offensive fighters who finish fights and don't spoil.

All absolutely all good fighters get’s criticized and hated. Check todays p4p list and you’ll see that every fighter on the list has his own army of haters.
