Danny Roman is an extremely skilled fighter, one of the best at the lower weight divisions. Just wish he had more power. I heard they wanted Rey Vargas but not enough money on HBO. Top rank was contacted for Dogboe but he is fighting in August. That leaves the fighter from Japan i believe he has the Ibf belt. Roman should go to Japan to take the fight since he is very popular over there.

Danny is a true throwback. He just keep taking 0's. In this era whenever you see an undefeated fighter the majority of the times he's a major favorite.

Would love to see him vs Rey Vargas, but not sure Vargas will take the fight.

Against a better puncher, Roman doesn't make it through the fight. Roman looked good but his comp was mediocre.

He is an excellent fighter but his lack of power won't take him deep into the ranks. Vargas, Dogbe, and even mad dog Azat Hovhannisyan might prove too much.

He won his title and defended it once already in Japan, his second defense last night against Flores was his first fight back in the states since awhile. Hopefully if he does go to Japan to take another title it's at least televised unlike his first defense where he had one of his team live stream it on Facebook.
