    Props to Usyk for going to his opponents back yard and an opponents back yard his own country is in conflict with, that's a ballsy move. I just hope there are no shenanigans by the Russians, would be an awful way to end what has been a fantastic tournament.

    "Most likely, I will be ready to fight by the end of June or the start of July, and [the fight] will not be Russia. Of course, it could take place in Russia, but then [the fight] would be without Olekandr Usyk," said Usyk to Ukrainian Sport.

    Glad that both these finals are set to happen now.
    If they subbed a replacement in it would have ruined what is one of the best things to happen to boxing in recent years

    It'd be good to see Dorticos / Briedis v the winner. Perhaps even those 2 fight and winner gets a shot at Usyk/Gassiev

    Wouldn't this be dangerous for Usyk? Not bad in terms of judging but actually dangerous? Pretty sure Ukraine and Russia aren't on good terms...

    Id say he has better chance of getting a fair shake in moscow against a russian than he would against an american in vagas
    For one it won't be mandatory to have 3 Russian in moscow unlike vagas

    Usyk is from Crimea. He flew Ukrainian flag on his car in Crimea already under Russian control. That's what I call actually dangerous. Fighting in Moscow is OK compared to that.
