Wh0 u got??? Give me Jose Ramirez UD12 The pressure/work rate will.be too much IMO But its a good bout...
Rumorz have it that Taylor wont enter WSBB & will target Jose instead Lets hope Bob dont screw this up
Inside fighting is Taylors fortitude, as is Ramirez's but Taylor is better at it. Taylor KO 8 in a really good fight. Regardless of the outcome, i would love to see the winner face Postol.
Ramirez wins on the cards regardless of performance on Top Rank show in front of Ramirez home crowd. As Taylor fan, can't complain because judges were awful last night. Right man won, by too much though. On neutral territory, I pick Taylor. Ramirez can be wide with left hook, Taylor's soutpaw right hook can be short & fast as a counter. Ramirez doesn't control distance/pace anywhere near Postol level & he will trade on the inside with Taylor. He also won't have any physical advantage, as I seen Ramirez say not too long ago he could fight Loma at 135? Maybe wrong. Good fight, I think Taylor is better but NOT by enough to win in front of Ramirez' home fans. Take the WBSS offer & go for the other belts, build experience & resume first. Taylor/Prograis/Ramirez all good with flaws, great fights there if they are made.
Ramirez appears to have a very solid chin. I doubt Taylor stops him in 8. Ramirez ain't a fragile bum like Davies. I'll take Taylor by decision, but Ramirez will give him a tough fight.
lots of good 140's i hope these fights come together. ramirez vs o'connor is not good and regis is fighting some one he shouldnt be fighting as well. theres unifcations to be made this relikh is over not fighting anyone how bout him. danny o'connor please. ramirez is gonna knock him out or one sided beat down.
Ramirez is a little one dimensional for me, but his work ethic is top notch. I think if Taylor can box instead of slug it out, he has a good shot at taking the title. Good fight, which can go either way, but if Taylor chooses to bang, Ramirez might just stop him.
Ramirez is not one dimensional at all. He proved that in the Iman fight. Iman is a very good technical fighter. I actually picked him to win that fight, since Ramirez fought very bad competition prior, but he dominated Iman. That being said Taylor is definitely better than Iman, so it's a very good 50/50 fight to me.
50/50 fight I know Ramirez is kinda basic but he's very effective. That work rate and chin are a problem for any Taylor is more flashy People under estimating Jose here
Very good fight Ramirez has a really good amateur pedigree (11 time national champion, 6 consecutively, fought in the Olympics and world amateur championship), seems to have a very stout beard, and he packs a heavy wallop. That's a tough outing for both of them. This content is protected
I really hope the fight gets made. I don't blame them if they don't though. This is a fight that could be built.
