Ramirez will probably got to No.1 after his fight because of their point system, and Prograis the week after, it is a heavily flawed system, but tbh i wouldnt say there is a clear number 1 right now

Think Kovalev said it recently in an interview that there is no champion in Light Heavyweight because none of them have faced off. Same in Super Lightweight, there's contenders and belt holders but no champion.

Taylor's win over Postol is>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Ramirez's win over Imam, and Prograis win over Indonger.

So they're inadvertently right for once.

That’s fair to say, but you do realize Prograis is going to ruin everyone at 140?

I'm a huge fan of Prograis, and no I can't say that. Prograis/Taylor is 50/50 IMO. They both beat Ramirez though.

Well, it makes sense because Postol was ranked high there.

Taylor will probably move to Two in Ring rankings too as that was Postol’s spot.

Open division, no real number 1 yet but Taylor’s win tops Ramirez/Prograis’ best.

What is everyone’s obsession with rating Prograis as a killer without actually beating anyone worthwhile?

He might be the best but he hasn’t shown anything to suggest he’s a lot better than Taylor and co.

Postol was ranked #2 by The Ring, Prograis at #1, so Taylor will either be elevated to #2 or #1 by them. #1 or #2 in the division after only 13 fights. Disgusting judge's score cards aside, I should imagine Postol will maintain a high ranking with them given the strength of his performance.

I reckon Postol still beats Relikh (WBA champ) and Hooker (WBO champ). Was a bit harsh that both him and Taylor didn't get to fight for a title when Hooker - Flanagan and Relikh Bartholomew were both title fights.

I'd like to see Postol vs Relikh. In fact it would be nice if they could find a place for Postol in the Super Series.

    Yes it is.

Postol is a monster don't let his pencil neck fool you.

I think he got dropped in his last fight due to fluke vs tough journeyman/non world title fight not as motivated

I had Postol beating Taylor & I bet on Tatlor

What exactly is the point of Postol not being number 2 or 3? I know boxrec has math, but in subjective ratings.
