Ward would have beaten Saad far easily than he did Kov because Saad couldn`t box he would be able to land power shots on Ward because he didn`t have a great jab like Kov used against Ward.
Kovalev couldn't deal with the body work & pressure Andre Ward was capable of, after being ahead on points none the less. Saad dug deeper than Kovalev a dozen plus times in his career, and had enough power of his own to switch Kova's lights off. Saad in his prime was legitimately as close as you can get to being unstoppable. A man who would die before conceding anything in the ring.
I highly doubt it. Kovalev was folded in sparring by his middle age trainer, **** like that never happened to Saad.
The original Matt Franklin was known for his boxing ability. He changed his style to be "Saad" in order to be more exciting.
I feel like saad in his prime or Matthew Franklin i guess I should say was far sharper than he was in his later, probably more exciting fights. that is what I was thinking about when I was wondering if the board would be split or favoring one or the other. I lean towards saad myself but I’m not positive by any means.
