    I'll start first with
    McClellan vs Benn
In the us that fight would have been over in the first round.

Had Mayweather/Hatton fought in the Uk, It would have gone to the scorecards

Wilfredo Gomez vs Zarate. Gomez blatantly fouled Zarate while Zarate is down on the floor.
If the fight was in Mexico City, not San Juan, Gomez is DQ'ed, but the fight is declared a No-Contest
because in reality the fight was a mismatch favoring Gomez.

The money was there and Foreman took the fight in Zaire, when he could have had it in the cool of the Astrodome in his hometown of Houston.

Cooler, and more familiar territory; I don't think Foreman adapted very well to the atmosphere/lifestyle in Zaire - having the fight delayed several weeks after that cut didn't help matters either. He lost the fight psychologically as well as physically -

McGuigan-Cruz is an obvious one. No way that Cruz beats McGuigan under normal conditions.

Juan Coggi - Eder Gonzalez I is a 3rd round stoppage win for Gonzalez anywhere but Argentina with THAT ref....

Hopkins-Mercado I probably looks a lot like Hopkins-Mercado II if it had not taken place in Quito.

I wonder whether Zarate might actually win. Zarate looked completely overwhelmed by the atmosphere. Maybe Gomez would have struggled similarly in Mexico City?

Tszyu-Hatton comes to mind, the amount of wrestling and holding Hatton got away with that night.

    Tyrone Everett v Alfredo Escalera.

If that fight had happened in Philadelphia and had a Philadelphian judge, Everett would have w.... oh wait.

I actually think he would have had a better chance in Puerto Rico. Which is amazing when you think of it.

I think Virgil Hill drops some of those close decisions he got away with if he's not in that mecca of the boxing industry---Bismarck, ND.

Gomez-Lockridge. Basically, if you fight a Puerto Rican in Puerto Rico, you have to knock him out or you go home a loser.
