James Tennyson born 08/06/93 is a 5'8 Super Featheweight with a 22-2 18 KO's 2 KO losses record. Born in Lisburn, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom and fighting out of Belfast. James has all the makings for an up and down low level Andy Lee like career, like Lee, he has something going for him many that UK fighters in the lower weights don't, he's heavy handed, like really heavy handed, like blasting guy out violently heavy handed. But alas, with that blessing, he also bears a curse, like Lee, he's fragile as all hell, especially to the body, he's already racked up two KO losses, one at the hands of Gervonta Davis victim Ryan Walsh, who stopped him with body shots, he was dropped by body shots by Martin Joseph Ward, who isn't all that heavy handed and also managed to get stopped in his 9th pro fight against 2-67-5 Pavel Senkovs embarrassingly. Many would be dissuaded after such a pathetic loss, but not Tennyson, even after suffering those two KO losses, he's bounced back to claim his two biggest wins, one of which over a far better opponent than even Walsh, against the aforementioned Wardy, who was an amateur standout and a talented pro, who was the odds on favorite. He also claimed the scalp of Pretty Boy Declan Geraghty, violently dropping him twice, and add to that, he has an RTD win over Ryan Doyle, who just recently racked up a stoppage win over the highly touted Reece Bellotti, therefore increasing that win in value. So... what will the future bring for James, probably a lot of ups and downs, a few savage KO losses, but just when you least expect it, pow, an unexpected savage KO win. He's an all around skilled fighter with a solid jab, cuts the ring off well and is fairly relentless, he's sets his shots up really well and seemed to have put it all together recently, so fingers crossed... let's hope he can keep this winning record intact for a while, because he's a hell of a lot more fun to watch than most of the other Brit level featherfists in and around the Super Featherweight division. So... Check Out The Irish Bomber In Action.:ggg:ggg:ggg:ggg

He looked a BEAST last time out. He's really powerful and strong, exciting to watch. European champion already at the age of 24. Has a good resume already - Martin J Ward, Ryan Doyle, Declan Geraghty,, Darren Traynor, Kris Hughes. He should at least fight for a world title. His power and attack are World class, it's just his chin, he is very vulnerable. He could probably knock out anyone in the division, but probably anyone could knock out him ha so it's gonna be a fun ride.

Scott Quigg, Lewis Ritson, Carl Frampton, Kal Yafai, Reece Bellotti, Sam Bowen, Lee Mcgregor all have power.

Ryan Burnett looked like he had power when he was coming up, but that bizarrely has gone now he has stepped up the levels, similar to Keith Thurman.
