No boxer shorter than 6 foot 4 inches would be favorite to beat modern super heavyweights

A fighter is judged what they do in their primes , not what they do when they are past it.

    Have fun looking up boxrec

This. Usyk and Gassiev are the best in a very weak division. Plenty of guys from Foreman, Frazier, and Ali's resumes would easily cleanout the cruiserweight division. Jimmy Ellis would toy with guys like Dorticos and Briedis.

    Usyk: best wins

Briedis - has wins over Perez (a heavyweight washout) and a shot Marco Huck. An ok fighter in a weak division, but nothing special. He was no competition for Usyk.

Marco Huck - Was a very talented fighter 5-6 years ago, but at this time is shot.

Michael Hunter - A complete novice and was inactive, but took Usyk 12 rounds.

Mchunu - overrated southpaw that got demolished by Makabu, who Bellew easily beat.

    Gassiev: best wins

Lebdev: Good fighter, but was old and Gassiev barely won. Guillermo Jones destroyed a prime Lebdev.

Dorticos: overrated fighter. Has no punching power and a weak chin. Dorticos couldn't even hurt a shot and old Edison Miranda. The same Edison Miranda that was completely demolished by Bellew, Bute, and Abraham.

With weak resumes like this it's laughable to compare them to Foreman, Frazier, and Ali. However, if Usyk or Gassiev move up and beat both Joshua and Wilder I'll change my opinion.

Let's begin with this idiotic comment.
You ever play with matchbox cars as a kid? You ever notice how you could run them off a table or dresser, causing them to "crash" from a proportional height of a hundred feet or more with no damage whatsoever?
You ever wonder why a bug can fall from the top of a refrigerator completely unharmed but you can't do the same from a skyscraper?
Close your eyes, rub your temples, and think real hard.

which IS bigger than the difference % between josh and pov.

Jeez, if it wasnt bad enough for someone to kill off their own argument, you then went on for hundreds of words still supporting your freshly collapsed argument well after you killed it.

    We've all addressed it.

I thought it was hilarious at first. But now it's just sad.

Let's hope that he's just trolling.

According to the Ring Magazines annual ratings from the year 1995 (selected in 1996.) We can look up the average weights from their fights quite easily:

    241.3 - Riddick Bowe of 1995 weighed 240 243 and 241. Average: 241.33.
    243.5 - Lewis. (241+246/2)
    219.5 - Tyson
    221 - Moorer
    211 - Holyfield
    235 - Seldon
    247.5 - Bruno
    256 - Foreman
    245.7 - Zolkin
    230.9 - Akinwande

    Average: 235.1

    Last years average weighs:

    Joshua: 252
    Wilder: 221.4
    Parker: 245.4
    Povetkin: 225.5
    Ortiz: 242.3
    Pulev: 255.8
    Ruiz Jr: 258
    Whyte: 253.8
    Breazeale: 259.1
    Miller: 291

    Average: 250.4

They're about 6.5 % bigger now than back then.

The difference between MW and SMW is 5 %

The difference between MW and LHW is 9.4 %.

The Difference between LHW and CW is 14.3 %

The difference between CW and 1995's top 10(RM) average HW is 17.6 %

The difference between CW and Today's top 10 (RM) average HW is 25.2 %

The difference between the fighters you have put from the 90s and these active heavyweight s are they were in shape and apart from Joshua and wilder from the active bunch the rest are flabby and overweight we forgive foreman From the 90s he was in his forties.

That's just the way it is. Extra weight is simply proved to be better in the long run. Because you can get away with it in heavyweight. Miller is the posterboy of our modern era. Even if he doesnt have the stamina of smaller fighters, he just put his weight on them and drain their energy.

Alternatively we consider Parker to be an average heavyweight today and he's 6'4" 235lbs

To put in context "big george" was 6'2" 218lbs in his prime

Yes "big george" would be badly outsized by an average heavy today.

All that means is if these boys trained properly they would still be the same size almost as those boys in the 90s and Joshua’s real weight is more 240-43 not 252 he was very slow at that and Parker’s best weight isn’t 245 neither it’s more 235 and miller is way overweight the problem we have here is none of these fighters have had more than around 20-25 fights so we don’t know whether miller is a poster boy for being a slow fat slob he might get knocked out next fight once they have had around 35 fights we will get a better idea or does that mean he will just lay on Joshua and flatten him? Being 50lbs heavier

There is no evidence that having extra weight is necessarily a bad thing in heavyweight boxing. Just like there isn't any evidence that fat and weight is a negative in sumo wresting or shot put events or strong man competitions and etc. Heavyweight boxing isn't a Hollywood physique competition.
