Foreman hit him after he had fallen, so he should have been disqualified which means Jose Roman should've became the heavyweight king!

Well its true....but then again Foreman should have been docked points throughout his career for pushing......he pushed enough to be disqualified more than once

Dallas fighter Terry Daniels duked it out with Joe "King" Roman in 1972 and lost by UD.
That fight might have given Daniels 2 shots at the Heavyweight under an alternate history
    scenario. LOL

That would be something that rather than lose to Ali in a historical fight, he loses the title to Roman on a technicality. Would that mean that Roman fights Ali next?

The famous Championship Match with a DQ (not with an existing champion)
( Schmeling became the first boxer to win the World Heavyweight Championship on a foul.)

1930-06-12 : Max Schmeling 188 lbs beat Jack Sharkey 197 lbs by DQ at 2:55 in round 4 of 15
    Notes
    • Jack Sharkey and Max Schmeling were fighting for the World Heavyweight Championship, which had been vacant since Gene Tunney, the previous titleholder, retired on July 31, 1928.
    • The Ring Magazine rated Sharkey as the #1 heavyweight contender and Schmeling was rated #2.
    • Sharkey won the first three rounds, but he was disqualified after he landed a low blow late in the fourth round. Schmeling became the first boxer to win the World Heavyweight Championship on a foul.
    • Both fighters earned $177,971.
    • The gross gate was $749,934 and the net was $711,668.
    • In the total attendance of 79,222 were 74,153 paid admissions.
    • Notable personalities in attendance included former World Heavyweight Champions Jack Dempsey and Gene Tunney, heavyweight contenders Paolino Uzcudun and Johnny Risko, New York City Mayor Jimmy Walker, automobile entrepreneur Walter Percy Chrysler, film directors Ernst Lubitsch and Josef von Sternberg, and actress Marlene Dietrich.
    • On January 7, 1931, the New York State Athletic Commission stripped Schmeling of the title after his manager, Joe Jacobs, refused to enter into an agreement to defend the title in a rematch against Sharkey.

Right. 1 time. Out of how many heavyweight title fights? We are talking once out of what 150 bouts? So that means 149 times out of 150 there wasn't a dq. You seldom even see points taken away from a champion. Let alone a popular champion.

I remember in one of Joe Louis's fights, his opponent (it was either Ramage or Godoy) clearly hits Louis about a full second after the bell, and Louis looks as though he loses his temper for just a split second, then shakes his head as though to say, "eh, **** it, I'll let it slide" and walks to his corner. This was interesting to me because it seems to fit so perfectly with what I take to Joe Louis' low-key, easy-going personality.
I imagine he shook his head the same way after asking people if they had any of that money he loaned them.
Nice guy almost to a fault.

Marciano was known to track people down who owed him money. He would appear out of the most oddest places.
