Highly defensive and technical fight, too many fans put priority on punching, kicks and damage

 

LOL, that is true but this was 0 defense. NONE!!

 

Here I thought Miocic was something else, it was easy to forget that the heavyweight division is absolutely DEAD, and that Miocic is just a fireman, while Cormier is an elite Silver medalist in Wrestling.

I congratulate Cormier for his victory, and I wont watch the possible Lesnar vs Cormier freakshow fight. Gosh the UFC is becoming a joke.

 

Ngannou and Lewis put on a defensive clinic, lots of thinking and fainting.
Casual cavemen fans put too much emphasis on knockouts and punching.
I applaud both men for making this fight go to a decision

 

I would have loved to see some shoulder rolls, but no punches were being thrown

Worst fight I have ever seen UFC or boxing

 

Till vs Wonderboy was a great defensive fight, this was a disgrace and a farce at best

 

I'd rather see Briggs vs Lesnar, than Cormier vs Lesnar.

To be honest, I'd much rather see Cormier defend against Volkov, Blaydes, Gustafsson (if his talked-about move up to Heavyweight materialises) and Jones (that potential fight sells itself). Despite the Heavyweight division being pretty threadbare, no way does Brock deserve to walk back in and get a crack at the Heavyweight title straight away. That's the sort of decision by UFC / Dana which creates animosity and resentment amongst those who have worked their way into contention and earned their shot.

 

Especially considering it was the chief support on a UFC PPV.

People ripped Jackson vs Punk to shreds and rightly so, but at least they were actually throwing punches at each other.
