Could A Prime Wlad Outbox A Prime Ali

Ali was better then Wlad in almost every area and Wlad didn't have that much of a size advantage over Ali. I think Ali would be to fast and would be one step a head of Wlad beating him handily. Wlad would have some moments but the more the fight went on the more Ali would gain control. I like Ali whether hes moving around and dancing early in his career or the more flat footed Ali later in his career. Ali unlike a lot of Wlad's opponents wouldn't be intimidated by Wlad's power and would take it to him. Ali even not in his prime would likely stop Wlad in the later rounds.

 

If he bounces a right hand off his jaw early he wont have too. I agree Joe in his stride and against someone more his size there's no stopping him, but I cant forget Joe having a hard time with Bugner either, close fight they had and hes around 6 ft 4/5" with a lovely jab, he turned up to fight against Joe. Maybe not prime Joe though I suppose. Long story short, im a firm believer in a good biggun beats a good little'un when they are elite level skills

 

Joe couldn't put away the oaf Bugner when prime. The #5 all time on bxrec is maybe better than Bugner.

Lol so 41yo Mercer was shot just like any other heavyweight ,but wlad was in his prime when he lost to Fury and Joshua, because wlad wasn’t aging, right? .
Wlad would have a decent chance against ali ,not because he was more skilled, but because of power and size.
If Ali beats Wlad then Joshua would get killed .
