Passes the eye test and has a solid resume. Not an elite resume but solid one. He just hasn't beat anyone of note. His best wins are Mitchell, Crolla and Campbell. He's been stopped several times too.
Never said that. I rate Linares above Flanagan. That being said I rate Khan over Paulie too. If I was offered to fight either, even though I'd have pretty much no shot, I'd pick Khan, because Khan is packing glass. Crolla had no shot against Flanagan or Linares on points, but had a chance of knocking Linares out.
