I’m not a Fury fan, but I’m glad to see him in good shape.

A side-on view might tell a different story.

He does seem leaner in that pic so it's another step in the right direction if so.

He must have watched the seferi fight back and was shocked just as much as we were

Well done to him for taking it seriously

Would put a real spanner in the works if he fought wilder before AJ did

Fury should hire CHEF to shift those last few lbs and keep them off.

Could be dangerous for him. As funny as it sounds, you don't want to lose too much to fast. Think of Foreman and Douglas. Foreman was successful shifting weight from his belly to his chest and arms over the course of almost a decade. Douglas lost a lot of weight all at once and was knocked cold by Chris Monaco.

It kills your muscles and is bad for your heart.

To me, the Furious one would be better off losing the weight slowly and concentrating on fighting often and boxing training.

But hell, he knows what he is doing. War Fury!

No point in losing weight if your cardio is pants. He could come in at 14st but blow out of his anal after 6 rounds. Let’s hope he’s doing it all properly and not just for the image of losing weight.

Lol, it doesn't matter, they are all on PED's. Only that Tyson Fury is not protected because of his politicalt views so he has to take his PED's easy.

My friend lost 25 lbs of fat in 2 months and won the national heavyweight title in bodybuilding weighing in 242 lbs at 6 feet 2 inches. Solid muscle with striated glutes and feathers on the quads. That was a tested even, he didn't even have to pay them off, just avoided the just by being intelligent. He didn't even have a trainer, did it all by himself.

No point him rushing the weight coming off. what was he 2 stone over his ideal weight? thats 28lbs, you can lose a lb a week nice and steady with no detriment to muscle. Just needs to take a year, fight often slowly ramping up the rounds and level of opposition... keep dropping a lb here and there, build a bit of muscle and cardio backup etc.

Anyone wanting him back at the top level in a few months is deluded, he was no where near his best vs seferi. Hes still relatively young, he needs to play the long game not rush back in and get banged out trying to prove something.
