I know I’d be giving too much credit to them (by insinuating they are employed in any way), but I wouldn’t put anything past GBP.

Assuming that GGG's gloves were giving him some sort of advantage, Sanchez was basically offering that advantage to Rosado. But Rosado didn' accept them. Why? BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THOSE GLOVES.

An absolutely reasonable solution given that there was nothing wrong with the gloves. Rosado had his chance to use the alleged "gloves without padding" and refused. He's got nothing to complain about.

This story reminds me of a deal we once did.

We sold a machine that we co-owned with a partner to a customer. We retained about 70% of the invoice money since the deal was that we supplied tooling and installed it. When our partner heard he was getting 30% only, he blew his stack and said that we were robbing him and that he was getting peanuts, we were making a fortune at his expense etc etc etc. So my boss told him "OK. You take the 70% and install the machine with tooling. We take the 30%." The partner then started bitching about how expensive it was to install, the tooling was costly and we were going to make money just sitting back .... etc etc etc.

Point is, some people aren't happy whatever the **** deal they get.

It isn't legal anywhere. Well, NOW apparently it is (which is terrifying) but at the time that it happened it was not legal. The athletic commission just outright lied and said it was and then because of the autonomy went ahead and made it legal. This is also not a new issue. Also the fact that this is even being discussed makes it controversial in the first place.
