Eubank will wreck DeGale in a fun fight. It also seems like Eubank is training with Floyd Sr. But i doubt Sr. will be able to teach Eubank how to control the distance, as i have never seen him teach that to anyone else. Groves dominated the space between him and Eubank and it´s why he won the fight.
Winner gets Groves, Eubank-Degale will be fun. Eubank has fought enough outside boxers should have a game plan to dispose Degale. This is a very important fight for both.
in groves case flailing your arm in every direction to try and grap your opponent arm every time he gets close is not what i call controling the distance...
... And neither do i. I am talking about Groves constantly feinting and flashing his lead hand and Eubank. And when Eubank came close, Groves would hold his lead hand out there to control Eubanks head or just to maintain some distance. Eubank looked like he had never seen anyone feint before. It was absolutely ridiculous. I recently saw a 40 year old guy who was 0-6 feint to death some young guy who was making his debut. The old guy just feinted and threw some sloppy slaps and won the rounds. The young guy had no idea what do when he was being feinted and just covered up or threw some counters from too far away. (Yes, Groves also held a lot that night, but it´s not what won him the fight)

I agree. I like Eubank a lot, but he played right into Groves' hands. (literally.) His trainer and corner failed him. He had no idea what to do, and fought the worst possible fight he could have. I don't think deGale is as smart as Groves, though he is tough and relentless. As others have said, it should be a good fight.
Anyone with half a brain saw this one coming from a mile away. Regardless of the outcome the winner won't be a top notch operator and only a major belt holder by circumstance/politics rather than actual merit... That being said it should be a fun fight. Eubank by late stoppage.
If degale actually had a jab and didn’t look completely finished he would win but he don’t, it will look like first truax fight but with a ko for eubanks.
