What do we got here? Some thoughts of mine: - Fielding looked relatively poor in his last fight vs Horejsek, he fought very static and didn't move well imo. - Zeuge was very impressive vs Ekpo II, really aggressive at the beginning and already hurt Ekpo in the first round which was crucial - The fight takes place in Germany and it's a Sauerland Event BUT and here it comes there is some big beef going on between Sauerland and Zeuge / Braehmer because Zeuge want to leave Sauerland as Braehmer did but Sauerland isn't accepting this because the contract runs till 2019. - Zeuge is the clear favorite at the betting market as he is -375. - It might be a close fight (not necessarily on the cards lmao) but in the end Zeuge should win a decision here, he looked great in his last fight, probably the best fight i have ever seen from him.
Fielding is the epitome of 'a bang average fighter'. He'll use the Paul Smith defence when he loses on points and claim a German robbery. Funny how UK fighters say this when they box abroad but turn a blind eye to the blatantly biased judging on Matchroom cards back home....
Zeuge. Maybe even by stoppage... Despite being a coddled German fighter he's actually solid and better than most give him credit for. Fielding at his best might have a shot in a neutral venue, but that he's not(looked terrible in his last fight) All logic points to a fairly comfortable UD for Zeuge at the very worst.
Fielding is alright. I wouldn't put him on par with someone like Smith... He's at his best a high level domestic fighter with some decent long range boxing... His chin and toughness are what let him down.
Fielding has legitimate durability issues. Rebrasse has a sub 20% knockout ratio and had him down and almost out. The solid hitting John Ryder hurt him numerous times. Then there's the fact that he was blown out in one against the best opponent he's ever faced...
