Max would pummel Ingo to a 10 round defeat .Ingo attempts to take him out but Schmeling to crafty and jabs the Swede constantly .Max ,well in front stops him with a series of over hand right s that blast him to the canvas.

Good battle of right hands, initially, but Max being the better boxer altogether outboxes and stops Ingemar before the tenth.

That sounds like a probable scenario.

I just thought of something and you seem pretty knowledgeable on these things.....in 1936, was Max considered "prime" or did he happen to get a great win while past it?

Ingo's jab was underrated; it set up the Bingo.

I rate Ingo a bit higher than most, but I think Schmeling takes this comfortably.

Probably a dull fight with both guys trying to time the right hand. Schmeling was the better boxer and when they do exchange he would get better of it. Decision Max with chance of late stoppage

Obviously not, if I'm stating that Max takes it comfortably.
