    Now watch everyone overate the hell out of this KO victory, it was pretty obvious that this was the most likely outcome, considering how awful he looked versus Tewa Kiram, and the fact that he quit against an average puncher like Postol, Matthysse heart isn't in it, and his chin is gone. That's why Manny chose him as an opponent in the first place. Now bring on the Bud Crawford match, so the inevitable can happen, and Bud gets a shitload of credit he doesn't deserve for stopping the shell of Manny Pacquiao who just stopped the half dead shell of Lucas Matthysse.

    I really despise this sport some times.:ohno

    Let the fighter not stand back up though. It wasn't like he was laid out. Just a pet peeve of mine when refs stop fights by not giving a full 10 count when guys take a knee.

    Pac is the ****ing man. 40 years old and still the biggest badass and supported fighter on this whole board. Dude got his first KO in 9 years and hes still the most beloved fighter we have.

    **** da IRS!!! Don't fight in the U.S. Manny, make them come to you if they won't pay you $30 million or more.
    I'll have guys fighting in Saudi Arabia, England, Japan,etc, the U.S. isn't the only place to get money.

    Worst thing ever to happen in Matthysse's career was him being given that Provodnikov fight. It cost him SO MUCH (nearly all that was left of his already waning prime) and he gained nothing. It wasn't even for a world title, despite being a 12-rounder and HBO main event.

    He was still on top of the boxing world, all three of his decision losses (Judah, Alexander, Swift) were controversial, and he was coming off nice confidence-rebuilding kayos of both Molina Jr. and Massa Ortiz. The world in 2015 was his oyster. And he was jammed into a dogfighting pit with Provodnikov of all people, for literally no reason.

    Fight was fun, but...
