    I'm pretty sure Pac will have an easy time finding people to be happy for him, including an island nation of a hundred million people.

    Yeah, sure, I'm happy for him that he finally broke his 5 year KO slump.

    I was also in the first place separately making a point about Matthysse's career that really had literally nothing to do with Pacquiao, though, so it seems kind of weird to quote that post and shoehorn praise of Pacquiao into your reply.

    My point is that Matthysse has looked easier to hit (and less willing to walk through fire) than he was vs. DSG and before, and I think we can lay the blame for that squarely at the feet of whomever fed him & Provodnikov to each other for short money, whilst costing both of them in the long term. Matthysse has looked ass in his last four. Not taking away from Pac's victory, that's just a fact.

    I've always belived that he could maneuver Danny, now.....ehhhh.
    Danny's biggest strength is a counter puncher, a very good one.
    He punches with guys and Pac was wide open in this fight.
    So a schooling, not so sure. And as for Porter, Spence, Terence, Keith,
    completely out the question.

    Yeah, part of me is like "Why the hell did you sign up to do this RBR?!?" but it was sort of an Old Yeller thing. It had to be me, as his longest-running fan, to drag Lucas out behind the woodshed...
