Its a good thing the first one was, because had it been held here, Manny would have been the recipient of a gift. Lucas getting KO'd by Pac does not, and I'll repeat DOES NOT change the result of Pac-Horn 1.

I think Horns win over Pac looks pretty good right now and I think a rematch would be another big success if held here again with another 50,000-70,000 people guaranteed but I doubt it will happen at least not in Pacquios or Horns next fight. Horn needs at least 1 good win before there is any chance of them fighting a rematch.
Of course you think that LOL it was clear as day PAC got robbed against the cheating bum Horn. If they have a rematch with a decent referee like Bayless PAC will win by KO like he should have the first time.
