having followed both their careers from start to present, i think pac wins at 147 in 2009. but i could probably see it different on any other given year, because they both aged differently, developed on different timelines, peaked at different times, and morphed into different fighters at different times. and in most of the fights between them that i can imagine, on any year, it would come down to the referee, to how strictly he enforces the rule book and how forceful he is with his penalties.

We need the Pac-Floyd rematch. Pac needs a spaceship and Floyd needs to buy a country and a new watch carved out of solid diamond.

I go by instinct a lot. And I have followed this sport for years and years and know what I see. Floyd was the one who didn't want it. You look at who Manny fought and he he signs fights and fights whomever, including Margarito and Barrera and Marquez, and then Floyd handpicking and fighting guys like Ortiz and Guerrero. My instinct tells me Floyd was the reason the fight was not made. And he knew the testing was a problem for Manny and he insisted. He is smart. He knows how to torpedo a fight. Then he makes the fight at Miami Heat basketball game? Well that started it. That simple in 2015? No way.

So you are disregarding what Roach said in an interview about why the fight did not happen sooner? By the way, I have been watching boxing for over 40 years, so yeah, I think I know what I see and hear too! Again, Floyd is not 100% to blame is all I'm saying. I know you probably hate the man but, try to be honest.

Again, watch the interview with Roach. He speaks on why the fight did not happen sooner because Manny did not want blood taken in the lead up to the fight. Both had a part in the fight not happening soon, not just Floyd.

I don't hate him, I just don't like manufacturing careers. Ray Leonard did that a little for Hagler and then his post Hagler career. Picking guys at the right time and having everything lined up in his favor. I like when a guy will fight everyone and even if he has 2 losses fought everyone at the right time, opposed to undefeated because he thought how do I get an advantage in every fight. My instinct tells me and what I saw that it was Floyd. No doubt. Manny's personality was always to fight everyone and get the fight. You can see it in their attitudes. Usually I rely on more facts with things in boxing, on this one I sort of use my instincts since a lot of it is what someone says and do you believe them.

Do you just like to make up stuff just to be heard? This is Roach stating that the real reason why the fight didn't happened back when both were prime was mostly their fault because Pac didn't want testing. PBF ducking Pac is the biggest myth in boxing when in fact it was the other way around.:deal: Quit spreading this myth.

No reason to be desperate...they fought, we don't have to speculate, Floyd won clearly.

The same thing would have happened, the only difference is both guys would have been more active. Floyd would have used movement, straight right leads, and have Manny resetting all night. The further back you go (time wise) the less chance Manny has to win. It's like people turn back the clock on Manny but leave Floyd frozen at 38...how many years back are we going here, when is "prime" Manny (specifically)?

So ignore the words of the people actually involved and trust your "instincts", this is what you are suggesting?

I never was what I thought were facts or not..not in this case. I said, my instincts tell me that Mayweather was the one who didn't want the fight. He plays the games of negotiation and fighting guys at the right time and even the Canelo fight at 152. Two pounds for an advantage. Why can't he beat him at 154? Floyd knows what roadblocks to put up, regardless. Manny might have not agreed to the fight, but if they interview Manny he will explain why he did not agree, and it had to do with Floyd not wanting the fight and putting up too many roadblocks. On this one which is different than most I use my instincts.. That is what I said.

I said what I felt. I go by instinctive on this one if you take all of Floyd's action in the years. When he really wanted a fight he gets a fight. That is how he is. It is orchestration. I usually go by facts when talking about boxers, in this one I use my instincts and ignore whatever facts Roach says. I should believe Roach, but 5 or 6 years no fight happening. Floyd didn't want it, and I know Manny would have always fought him. I just know it. The fights Manny had and wars. He is a warrior I don't see him ducking Floyd in any way... I will admit I am not as knowledgeable on this as other topics, because I think words on this are useless. I know what I feel and this is more about negotiation and orchestration, and Floyd is master at that. My instincts on these guys.. Tell me this... And Floyd did well. He waited until Manny was on the downside.. That is all he needed like the 152 weight. And I think Floyd can beat Canelo's style. If Canelo beats GGG I think he might fight him, but I don't think he would fight GGG if GGG wins impressively.
