So, many of us know the fight was fixed.

But what we don't know, what kind of backdoor deal was there?

    1. an extra $200,000, under the table
    2. a future fixed fight in favor of Matthysse
    3. a monthly payment plan
    4. other?

Matthysse is a known front runner.. after he felt manny’s power and speed in the first round he quit trying and was only going thru the motion.. No need to fix a fight against him since Danny took his soul

a return of his boxing license, a big money payday for the Fixed Fight w/ Pac, and a life-long monthly payment plan bonus.

That was an easy bribe for Arum and DLH to get Margarito to throw his fight with Pac.

that's why Margarito has been very happy since that fixed fight and doesn't have to fight again, cause he's getting monthly installment payment from Arum's bribe/payment pension retirement program:eatingburger.

Every where Margarito goes, he's always smiling:clap2: and happy, cause he's living large :zpong:.

No bribe. He just wasn't ever at Pacquiao's skill level and was getting outclassed. Plus, he was obviously ready to retire and didn't have the heart to take an ass whipping just to see the final bell. We've seen this happen a hundred times. Remember when Rios knuckled under against Bradley? Rios was obviously out of shape and contemplating retirement with one foot already out the door, but people bought into the hype that Teddy Atlas had somehow turned featherfist Bradley into a monster.

I usually scoff at talk of bribed or fixed fights but this one seemed blatantly obvious. There was talk about Pac getting a KO so I was excited to see it, when I watched it it was clearly a case of Lucas sitting down. Not just with the final knockdown, but with the previous ones as well. I don’t know if Lucas was given an incentive but he was certainly never hurt or rocked.

Matthysee couldn't handle the fast start , he did well to get to the 7th. A prime Manny stops him in less time than he did against Hatton.

Lucas voluntarily quit, and the ref called off the fight without giving Lucas a real count. The ref was in on the fix.
Lucas wasn't hurt, he just sat there and looked around, but the ref stopped it suspiciously.

The Pac v Rios was fixed too. Rios threw many punches in the air on purpose.

Teddy didn't turn Bradly into a powerhouse. Bradley just upgraded his PEDs usage regime.

Why would pacquiao need to bribe mathyse to stop him? The guy lost to danny garcia and was stopped by victor postol--both at 140. Hes been in many wars and is 35. He was NEVER elite. Mathyse was C level or B- at best if we're being generous.

If someone is gonna take a dive, theyre not gonna go down, then get back up 3-4x. Why take the abuse? And for more than 6 rounds??? Makes no sense lol. Even old ass Pacquiao still has good accuracy and decent power, he dropped iron chinned tim bradley twice and dropped vargas. He just isnt a good finisher anymore and has become a bit gunshy but against mathyse he finally pulled the trigger. Only a moron or hater would assume pacquiao would need a bribe to stop a mediocre slugger like mathyse...unless theres actual proof and not mere speculation.

And for the record, im not even a pacquiao fan so miss me with that. I think the guy's an entitled dbag and needs to freaking retire already before he gets hurt.

Not to receive a bad beating and/or KO by Canelo.
Canelo carried Jr. to the last bell. He could've KO'd him if he wanted but the bribe deal was that Jr. would accept the fight on condition that Canelo wont KO him.

Similar thing, when Cotto fought Canelo.
Cotto agreed to fight Canelo on condition that he doesn't get KO'd by Canelo, so Canelo carried Cotto to the final bell.

Something was off about the fight. Pac came in looking juiced, his physique had changed. Lucas was getting hit and just dropping on the ground like a soccer player flop. At the end of the fight, he didn't have a scratch on his face. Its just......odd.
