Loma isn't moving up FOUR different weights in only 13 pro fights that is ridiculous.. Certainly against a guy no one will give him any credit for beating in retrospect too! Laughable...

he should move up because its what is expected of an atg, given the situation with all the players involved. in this situation, pac shouldnt even be expected to move down. the fact that he would be willing to do it, speaks about the stuff hes made of, which counts when rating fighters. the fact lomas camp refuses to even consider, moving up, also says a lot about what hes made of, which also counts in the assessment.

to a certain extent, yes, but i wouldn't say someone should have 1 fight in a weight division and then move up, especially when they're already in their 3rd weight class and is small there. Is Hagler not an ATG then? I would agree, but its Pacquaio who said it, people were talking about catchweight but Loma won his title which lead to Pacquaio saying he wanted to fight for his title. i don't think it should count, personally, based on the first part of what i said
