None if it was in defense of anyone. I am just pointing out clear biases there.
    Keep assuming.

It's not about that but better look at who they have signed besides Vargas and Roman, look at what amateurs Matchroom has signed and than give your judgement.
As for better known names, latest report from Bivol's manager indicates that Bivol haven't signed.

    HAHAHAHA

You so obviously work for the Hearns. It's long been known they have plenty of paid "fans" on forums defending their BS. I would just suggest you try and make it a bit less obvious that you're one of them.

I would hate to imagine the bizzaro world where you're not a paid stooge. To think someone could do all you're doing with no ulterior motive would be a scary thought!

The devil in disguise can't put on US PPV events as he's not with HBO or Showtime. United States is a Free Market Economy, and a country with a 350M Population, you can charge those prices because of those exact two reasons. UK is a small market and 65M People and has a totally different buisness model, him and Sky have to charge low prices. All he's doing is creating a fourth boxing pillar, which means fans need HBO, ESPn, SHO and now DAZN.

Exactly he has a 9.99 Subscription for Joshua v Povetkin. All the other fights are absolute ****. That's close to same price as SHO/Netflix/HBO and they offer a breadth of content.

He's a conman of the highest order all his fights are **** and are designed in a manner to get drunk football holligans to pay the PPV and buy tickets. Similar to what happened with Joshua-Miller.

Haye-Bellew, Okolie-Chamberlin, Whyte-Browne, Khan and Brook. The list goes on and on, all meaningless fights courtesy of fake feuds.
Compare them with SHO Championship Cards.

He lambests Broner revealing his public offer when he's done the same thing with Wilder making public offers, why are you telling the Public what another Man's Paypacket will be ?
Lack of respect, imagine if Joshua revealed how much Hearn takes personally from his purse.

I hope he pulls up at a set of lights after his Chicago show in October and gets riddled with sharp, silver bullets so the silver spooned essex boy learns how being a white don king will lead you on the road to hell.

Thanks for confirming that you have never lived in the UK to actually comment on this.

Calzaghe has never been 'HUGE'.....as i've said multiple times, he has never been anywhere near the levels of Benn/Eubank.

As for Brook's popularity, domestically, it isn't even that strong.
But the popularity for Brook comes from the fact he takes tough fights.....
Wilder hasn't even fought a proper world champion, let alone travelled to Europe to take on a live opponent.

You really don't understand our fan culture enough to comment, so please stop......
The fans attending these events in football stadiums are not boxing fans, they're largely football fans looking for a night out.

You don't really understand British boxing seeing this post, sorry.

The fact of the matter is - Calzaghe was huge in 2005-2008, you must be a new fan or someone who was born after 2005 maybe?!

The fact also remains boxing is much bigger in Uk than it is in the States, sorry.

It is nothing in the States now!!

Deontay has travelled, plenty of times, to UK and to Beijing for the Olympics, etc etc.

He was simply born in the wrong era, nothing more.

He would be Hatton lvl popularity if he was in the UK. His style commands that. If you can't see that, you dksab!!

His 'Style' proves he'd be a star in the UK?

You've just stated that Brook, Calzaghe and Hatton are big stars in the UK......
Their styles are nothing alike, especially comparing Brook to Hatton lol.

We don't care about 'Style's'......We care about fighters who take big fights and show heart.

Wilder hasn't done this, and wouldn't be popular in the UK.

Replace “is” with “could be” and the thread title makes alot more sense.
I fail to understand how you all come to the conclusion that DAZN deal is an epic fail when it hasnt even kicked off yet. Is that wishfull thinking?

regardless of the fact that most people here hate Hearn, he’s still working on the protect and something still in development cant be a failure by default.

He's too exciting a fighter, of course style matters.

The fact is he's an Olympian, undefeated, exciting. He would EASILY be as big as Hatton.

Never before have I seen such nonsense.

Wilder wouldn't sell out an arena in the UK, let alone a stadium, as he fights nobody!

You really have no clue......Wilder as big as Hatton?

We don't want to view fights against bums......
    And we don't pay $100 for a $30 PPV......

    Maybe it's down to education?
